$150 after 60 days of employment
$200 after 90 days
$500 after 180 days

Job Description:

Guided Care Services is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings.

DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs)
Provide supervision and ensure safety
Support community outings and engagement
Complete daily documentation and reports
Follow individualized service plans (ISPs)
Maintain a respectful and professional environment

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
Must pass background check
Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts
