Guided Care Services is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered behavioral health and developmental support services. Our mission, philosophy, purpose, and goals are as follows:

Mission Statement: Guided Care Services, LLC is a licensed provider by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. The agency offers residential and non-residential services to families of adult individuals with a diagnosis of developmental disabilities who have been approved for developmental disability waiver benefits and who desire home- and community-based supports. We are rooted in the belief that every individual deserves respect, dignity, and the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. We are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care that addresses the unique needs of individuals and fosters personal growth, independence, and well-being.

Philosophy: Guided Care Services believes in the fundamental right of individuals with developmental disabilities to exercise control over their own lives, make informed choices, and pursue opportunities for personal growth and community integration. We embrace a person-centered approach that respects individual autonomy, dignity, and self-determination while providing essential support across different environments.
